Sabina is a dynamic professional with proven experience in driving innovation, implementing digital transformation and advanced development of Retail banking. She has a passion for strategic new product/channel development and excellent customer experiences.

As Director of Retail Development at Raiffeisen Bank, Sabina is entrusted with the role of implementing strategic projects of transformation, digitization, as well as growth strategies that provide an incomparable customer experience while optimizing operational efficiency.

She is part of the driving force behind the agile transformation of her organization.
As a business owner, she successfully leads the transition from a standard organization to an agile work model. This transformation includes team restructuring, employee training and alignment of key indicators with agile methodologies.

With more than 23 years of experience in the banking sector, she has proven her expertise as a product/project owner, initiating the implementation of various initiatives, such as the implementation of the core banking system, offering products on digital channels, automating the lending process, launching card products, e-commerce platforms, and other projects aimed at increasing client satisfaction.

Sabina has an MSc in Economics from the University of Sarajevo, and successfully completed the Disruptive Strategy program at Harvard Business School.
