Joes van Dijk has been active in the field of human resources management since 2000. He is an expert in key areas of HRM, recruitment, career development and business process management.

He built his experience through many years of work in various management positions in Dutch and International companies. In 2011, Joes founded the company Talent One, which focuses on solving complex HRM topics in companies and in his roll develop and position human resources as a strategic business partner.

In addition to this role, Joes, with his creative, decisive and motivating management style, often takes the role of coach for members of management teams in companies.
